Swire Properties has developed a comprehensive tenant engagement platform that collaborates with over 250 tenant companies. The company’s bespoke tenant engagement programmes, including the Green Performance Pledge for offices, Green Kitchen Initiative for F&B outlets and Green Retail Partnership for retail shops, aim to enhance tenants’ sustainabilityperformance throughout their tenancy cycle from design and fit-out to ongoing operations. In 2024, the 129 office tenants enrolled collectively achieved 3.8% energy use reduction, 750K kWh of energy savings and ~HK$1M in electricity cost savings.
