Enhancing the Community | The Energy Charter
CEO-led coalition of Australian energy organisations created Power Outage Planning resources for Life Support Customers and the general public. The microsites provide tailored planning tools, checklists, and videos in multiple accessible formats, co-developed with 200+ individuals including dedicated lived experience panels. The platforms have reached 40,000 unique users with 23,000+ engaging with the Life Support microsite, resulting in increased supports for Life Support Customers by networks and overwhelmingly positive feedback with many reporting increased confidence.
