Peter is Deputy Chair of AIA Australia Limited, Chair of Colonial Mutual Life Assurance Society Limited, and a Director of Linfox Australia Pty Ltd and Mutual Trust Pty Ltd.

Rhod Ellis-Jones

Deputy Chair and co-founder, Shared Value Project
Rhod is a business strategist with diverse experience delivering advice and services to major private and public companies, governments and non-government organisations. He has been an adviser to high profile politicians and government leaders at capital city, state and national levels.

Helen Steel

Co-founder, Shared Value Project
Helen has more than 20 years’ cross-sectoral leadership experience in business development, stakeholder engagement and developing networks of influence across Australia, the US and wider Asia.

Mark Kramer

Director, Shared Value Project
Mark is the co-founder and Managing Director of FSG, and co-author of the Harvard Business Review article 'Creating Shared Value' (2011).

Steve Spurr

Director, Shared Value Project
Steve is a corporate advisor with consultancy expertise in licence to operate, social licence to operate, brand building and re-positioning, influencer programming and organisational design.

Gordon Watson

Director, Shared Value Project
Gordon is the Chair of the Shared Value Project Hong Kong. He is the former Regional Chief Executive of AIA Group's operations in Hong Kong & Macau, Australia, the Philippines, Vietnam and New Zealand.

Sarah Downie

Sarah is responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of SVP; engaging with the organisation’s stakeholders and members to lead, foster and promote shared value in Australia & New Zealand. She has more than 20 years' cross-sectoral leadership experience.
