Swire Properties has developed a comprehensive tenant engagement platform with bespoke tenant engagement programmes targeting a 28% reduction in Scope 3 emissions per square meter for tenants by 2030 under The Science Based Targets. The company’s bespoke Green Performance Pledge for offices, Green Kitchen Initiative for F&B outlets and Green Retail Partnership for retail outlets, aim to reduce tenants’ carbon footprint throughout their tenancy cycle from design and fit-out to ongoing operations.
