We took notice of IAG earlier in the year, when they were advertising for the role of ‘Head of Group Shared Value’. We knew they must be at a pivotal moment in the company, with the new role leading the development of the group’s strategic platforms, projects, and initiatives around sustainability, leadership, and community engagement with a focus on creating shared value.
