Liz Incigneri joins the Shared Value Project team as our Chief Operating Officer, bringing with her extensive knowledge and experience in project management, technology and infrastructure design, business continuity and governance. Prior to joining the Shared Value Project, Liz was the Head of Digital Technology Platforms for Make-A-Wish Australia, a role that affirmed her belief that being able to bring your purpose to work returns the greatest rewards – for the individual, the community and the planet. She is passionate about how technology and innovation can be leveraged to build capacity and capability for purpose-led organisations and is excited to support the shared value movement and its community to help it make an even bigger impact.
Emma Watton is a globally experienced brand and purpose strategist who has committed the rest of her professional life to only working with organisations who are prepared to face into their relationship and impact with society. A few years in advertising will do that to you!
She is a Non Executive Director and Chair with Circle Green Community Legal, and on the Advisory Board for the socially minded enterprise, The Town Team Movement. She is passionate about building changemakers and communities of people who think differently and, most importantly, do better. She has previously worked with both PWC and KPMG in their collaboration environments and hubs, and with brand and advertising agencies in Sydney, London and Perth.
Mel Kerr is an award-winning creative director, who brings a wealth of experience from advertising and marketing, professional services consulting, and business development and ownership. She has created concepts and strategies for national and international brands over a 25+ year career. Over this time Mel has worked for some of the best agencies around the world and also co-founded her own branding and creative strategy agency – Joe Public.
At The Shannon Company, Mel worked with clients whose purpose was to change people’s behaviour willingly and for good, which quickly became a passion. Most recently Mel worked at PwC as Creative Director for their collaboration arm, The Difference.
While we welcome Liz, Emma & Mel to the team, we want to acknowledge the fabulous contribution made by Cerisse Denhardt. Cerisse was farewelled earlier this year, but we are confident she’ll continue spreading the shared value message in her new role at Deloitte. We wish Cerisse all the very best in her next adventure.
And finally, we’ve welcomed a very new member to the team with Poppy giving birth to baby Frida recently. As Poppy heads off on maternity leave you’ll likely hear from our newer team members. We wish both Poppy and Frida well as they get to know each other.
