Rebecca Smith is a Partner and Lead Facilitator at PwC’s The Difference and is the Lead Partner for PwC’s Future of Work team. Rebecca specialises in business and cultural transformation and brings a strong values-based and human-centered approach to her work.

Rebecca has over 20 years experience in facilitation, change management , leadership coaching and development and organisational transformation. Rebecca has used Collaborative Design methods across a number of organisations and sectors both domestically and internationally including health, Education, ICT and telecommunications, government, finance, utilities, energy and not-for-profit on a wide range of topics such as strategy definition, cultural transformation, operating model design, mergers and acquisitions and process simplification and (re)design.
