As Chief Operations Officer of Karrikins Group, Andie is responsible for the management of their program, creative and marketing teams. Andie possesses expertise in the tactical management of behavioral change initiatives, with key strengths in recruitment, training, process creation and client reporting. Andie brings to this role experience in educational program design, creative and execution in both Australia and the United Kingdom and her experience within Karrikins Group has seen her involvement as a previous Program Manager for the StartSmart Program through to her most recent role as Chief Quest Officer.
