Co-designed with workers using performance fabrics and construction features, they are 30% lighter and more durable than traditional uniforms. The initiative also includes worker story-sharing to raise their perceived value. Innovative aspects include the garment design and the brand’s worker-centric approach. It improves worker safety, comfort and esteem while aiming to shift company uniform buying habits.
