Professor Porter will share what he is hearing from CEOs, corporate boards and investors in response to the article and why he thinks this why he thinks this topic is so important in today’s business environment. Mark and Leanna will take a deeper dive to examine the difference between ESG as a “product” and shared value as a practice; explore how a new generation of investors with different perspectives can shift the conversation; and finally, share some thoughts about we can change the language and practices to better engage investors and financial colleagues within the business to develop better strategies.
