This session will open with a global outlook from Nicole Trimble, founder and former Managing Director of US-based organisation Talent Rewire.

We’ll then hear from Jobsbank CEO Corinne Proske and Digital & Innovation Manager Leigh Jones, who have just launched the Inclusion Hub; a platform which matches employers with candidates from disadvantaged cohorts, bringing supportive community organisations and employment agencies into the process in an Australian-first.

Speakers

Nicole Trimble, founder & former Managing Director, Talent Rewire 

Nicole is a leading expert and consultant in workforce, opportunity employment and economic mobility. With more than 20 years of experience as a social change leader, she founded and led Talent Rewire at FSG, where she worked with an amazing team and facilitated a wonderful community of pioneering employers and workforce partners innovating in the hiring, retention and advancement of populations facing barriers to economic mobility.

Nicole designed and led global citizenship, sustainability and community affairs strategies, and was on the human resources leadership team at Outerwall, the company behind Redbox, Coinstar and EcoATM. Before that, she was a grant maker at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, advised foundation and corporate clients at Philanthropy Northwest, held several positions leading national service initiatives and was named a White House Champion of Change.

Corinne Proske, CEO, Jobsbank

A social changemaker, Corinne has helped shape the impact investing and social economy landscape in Australia through critical roles with Impact Investing Australia, Good Shepherd Microfinance, The Difference Incubator, the Australian Sustainable Finance Initiative and others.

A Churchill Fellowship (2009), and MoneySmart Award recipient (2013) with a Masters in Environmental Science, Corinne has been driven by a sense of fairness and social justice to create spaces where business and positive impact intersect.

As CEO of the not-for-profit Jobsbank, she is currently working to create inclusive workplaces where everyone, can secure meaningful employment they can be proud of.

Leigh Jones, Digital & Innovation Manager, Jobsbank

Customer focused and data driven, Leigh has spent the past 12 years in digital roles across a range of industries, from legal and investments to national and international retailers.

He then landed in the not-for-profit sector four years ago with Speckle Loans, bringing a world first ethical, digital lending product to market.

As the Digital & Innovation Manager at Jobsbank, Leigh has delivered the Inclusion Hub, a platform that enables employers to meet specific diversity and inclusion objectives whilst removing some of the barriers many jobseekers face. Leigh is committed to using digital and marketing for good.
