Michael joined BD in July 2010 and is a dedicated business leader with 20 years of experience in leadership roles focused on business development, strategy, and execution with a consistent record of building teams, businesses and transforming performance to exceed expectations.

Michael was appointed the BD ANZ Business Director for the Integrated Diagnostic Solutions business in June 2019 and prior to this role was leading the South East Asia Diagnostics business for BD based in Singapore from 2015.

Prior to joining BD, Michael held several leadership roles at Covidien (now Medtronic) in their Surgical Division and Servier Laboratories in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Michael is passionate about team performance and development through developing people and business as one.
