Gillian is a Director with the Consulting team at Social Ventures Australia and joined in October 2014. Moving to Melbourne from Rwanda, she had been working as a Governance Advisor in the Ministry of Finance, focusing primarily on building the capacity of the Public Sector for improved service delivery and skills development for youth employment.

Gillian’s previous roles include working in the HIV/AIDS and Public Health fields with the Clinton Health Access Initiative in Jamaica and Haiti and several years as a Management Consultant with Deloitte.

Gillian holds an MA (Distinction) in International Relations and Development Studies and a BA (Hons) in International Business and Modern Languages.
