David joined BD in April 2017 and has over 35 years’ experience in the healthcare industry with a strong track record of success in leading large commercial and operational teams both within country, regionally and globally.

Prior to joining BD, David held a number of executive roles at Abbott Laboratories in their Diagnostics and Diabetes Care Divisions before joining Baxter Healthcare in 2007.

At Baxter, David held senior roles in BioScience and Medication Delivery in Australia and overseas in China and Denver Colorado.

David’s passion is achieving success through building high performing teams through strong leadership and developing talent.

David was promoted to VP/CGM for BD Australia/New Zealand in February 2018.
