Shared Value Masterclass | Measuring for Shared Value

As part of the Shared Value Masterclass Series, this practical 2.5 hour session will unpack the important role measuring for shared value can play in unlocking insights and informing strategic decision-making.

Facilitated by the Shared Value Project and shared value expert Hugh Foley, the Measuring for Shared Value workshop will help participants to:

- Understand the objectives of shared value measurement and why it’s important
- Apply the key principles of shared value measurement in practice
- Identify the link between social outcomes and business results
- Understand how effective measurement can inform business strategy, and vice versa

To ensure a session that is engaging and dynamic, this workshop will include plenty of opportunities for discussion and peer-to-peer learning; where you'll be able to share your own experience and perspectives around impact measurement.
