Rhod is a business strategist with diverse experience delivering advice and services to major private and public companies, governments and non-government organisations. He is currently the Managing Director for multidisciplinary consulting company, Ellis Jones.
Much of his work comprises shared value, impact framing and measurement, and design-led innovation for companies navigating change. He has pioneered the application of shared value as a concept in practice.
Rhod has assisted governments, peak industry, and NFP and private providers in the health, mental health, disability and aged care sectors for well over a decade.
