Event Details
This is for people and organisations who are:
- Wanting to learn from and design with nature
- Looking to embed creativity and experimentation into their organisational culture
- Wanting to explore how biomaterials can be applied to create a healthier and more biodiverse built environment.
Absorb, not just what Arup has learned about mycelium and its versatility to be used within the built environments, but also how they embedded both creativity and the rigour of Arup University and partnerships into the discovery process.
You can then choose to deep dive further into creative brainstorming around the potential for bio-materials like mycelium in the built environment, or choose to take a lesson in learning from nature.
Set in Melbourne, where the mycelium floating wetland pilot project has been going for four months, this will be an immersive learning experience. Suitable for those with (or seeking) knowledge on water management and treatment through to people looking to understand how we can learn from nature by doing.
Places will be limited, so please secure a spot early.
