Mentoring Circles

The Mentoring Circles program is a safe informal space for developing practitioner members to come together, connect and share questions and challenges with peers, whilst also leveraging the knowledge and experience of a more advanced practitioner. This initiative responds to the growing appetite from members to embed shared value across the organisation by building knowledge and capacity at every level. With the ultimate aim of scaling impact on the issues that are strategic to your business.

Requirements

  • Participants need to have been inducted on some level to shared value as a concept by having completed a foundational workshop, masterclass or completing the Shared Value eModule. It isn’t a test, it just ensures everyone has a common language to discuss things, as all organisations have different language around impact, purpose, ESG, regenerative capitalism etc etc.
  • Participants must have the ability to apply knowledge in their role
  • Availability to meet monthly, virtually, for 5 months for commencement (dates to be announced)

Benefits to Mentees

  • Leverage the shared value knowledge, insights and expertise of an advanced shared value practitioner (ie the Mentoring Circle Lead)
  • Grow your peer network within the community
  • Opportunity to guide the discussion within your Circle to get the most beneficial and practical skills to support you in your role or organisation to achieve your goals
  • Identify opportunities to collaborate on common issues / opportunities
  • Become a shared value champion within your organisation
