What’s the process?
#1: Applications – closing 8 August
All applications must be submitted via the online form. For entries in more than one category, applicants must complete and submit separate applications. Applications must be based on the awards criteria. Each company or individual may enter more than one category, however, each nomination attracts an administration fee. This fee exists to cover administration costs and to ensure a high quality of applications. There is a discount for multiple entries.
What are the administration fees?
- $275 for members
- $525 for non-members
- $165 per additional entry
Applications will be assessed by a Selection Committee of leaders in the shared value space chaired by the Editor of AFR BOSS, Joanne Gray. Selection Committee members will be required to declare a conflict of interest, if necessary.
The Selection Committee will choose a winner in each category to showcase examples of best practice, and provide inspiration for other companies in Australia and further afield to adopt shared value strategies.
Where there is no outstanding entry, the selection panel reserves the right not to award a winner in a particular category.
#3: Announcement of Shared Value Awards
Shortlisted entries will be advised by the middle of September. The Shared Value Awards will be announced at an event in Sydney in October 2017.
