Nominate a Trailblazer

To apply for a Shared Value Award:

  1. Complete and submit the form below referring to the criteria for each category. You can download the questions in a Word document to draft your responses, however, applications will only be accepted via the form below.
  2. Once you have submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to pay the administration fee(s).
  3. Your application is finalised once your payment has been received.

2019 Shared Value Awards application - Trailblazer

The Shared Value Trailblazer award recognises an individual within the business, government, not-for-profit or education sectors who is leading transformation within their organisation through shared value. The individual will also be actively involved in developing the shared value community in the region and promoting shared value within their professional networks. The Shared Value Trailblazer may also be contributing to the development of shared value knowledge through publication of research and case studies, contribution to roundtable discussions and involvement in peer-to-peer knowledge exchange.

  • What makes the individual a trailblazer?

  • Clearly describe how the individual has taken an active role in developing shared value practices in the region? (500 words)
  • Clearly outline how the individual has enhanced the knowledge base for shared value including research, thought leadership, knowledge exchange and conversation. Please include links to relevant articles, research papers, speeches. Files can be uploaded as supporting documentation. (500 words)
  • Clearly describe the individual’s involvement in the development of shared value programs or in shared value theory more broadly. (500 words)
  • Outline the various ways in which the individual has promoted shared value within their professional networks. For example, bringing attention to shared value at professional forums and events. Please include links to any speeches, thought-pieces, panel discussions. Files can be uploaded as supporting documentation. (500 words)
