Apply for a project/cross-sector award

To apply:

  1. Complete and submit the form below referring to the criteria for each category and submit it. You can download the questions in a Word document to draft your responses, however, applications will only be accepted via the form below.
  2. Once you have submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to pay the administration fee(s).
  3. Your application is finalised once your payment has been received.

2019 Shared Value Awards application - Shared value project by an organisation or through cross-sector partnership

This award celebrates an outstanding shared value project or initiative created by an organisation or through a cross-sector partnership. The shared value project will be delivering, or have the potential to deliver, clear economic outcomes and address real social issues. The winning project will demonstrate a best practice approach to shared value partnerships with a strong focus on measurement and a defined program designed to deliver the intended outcomes.

  • Provide a brief overview of your shared value project/initiative including your overall objective, relevant partners, and the social and business value created. Please note this will be used in promotional materials. (150 words)
  • The People's Choice Award will be decided by the shared value community. Only shortlisted organisations will be eligible for this Award which will open for voting in late September.

  • Clearly describe the economic opportunity which is derived from your shared value project or initiative and how it is linked with your organisation’s overall strategy.(500 words)
  • Clearly describe the social issue your program is trying to address and explain why solving/alleviating this social issue is important to your business and broader society. (500 words)
  • Describe the solutions (product, service or program) or partnerships you have developed to address the problem stated above. (500 words)
  • Describe who will benefit from this shared value project/initiative, how are you reaching them and what is the potential for increasing reach through scalability. (500 words)
  • Outline what activities have been completed and what activities are planned as part of this shared value project or initiative. (500 words)
  • Describe the specific methods and indicators you are using to measure program success and implementation. (500 words)
  • Where possible, outline the tangible business results to date to demonstrate the success and sustainability of the shared value project or initiative. (250 words)
  • Please provide relevant documentation to support claims made in this application.
