Q. Is my organisation eligible?

To be eligible, the organisation must be based in the Asia Pacific region, with the exclusion of India, and have a valid ABN, ACN, IRD, BRN or equivalent registration for taxation purposes. If your organisation is based in India, please refer to the Porter Prize.

Q. My business is not a company (eg. sole-trader, not-for-profit, government organisation). Can I still enter?

Yes. Any form of business is eligible to enter the Shared Value Awards, so long as it has a valid ABN, ACN, IRD, BRN or equivalent registration for taxation purposes.

Q. My shared value project is less than 12 months old. Can I still enter?

If you are able to outline how your project satisfies the criteria of the award, then you are eligible to enter. In 2021, we’ve developed a category just for early-stage projects entitled ‘Best New Shared Value Idea’.

Q. My organisation is not a member of the Shared Value Project. Can we enter?

Yes, the Shared Value Awards are open to all companies and individuals who satisfy the criteria. The awards are not limited to Shared Value Project members.

Q. Will my submission be published?

The Shared Value Project will be publishing details of the award winners on the Shared Value Project’s website. All materials will be distributed to the Selection Committee, however, confidential information will be withheld from public distribution if requested.
