Join us for networking and drinks, as we hear from Rob Koczkar, CEO of Social Ventures Australia, who will share his insights and discuss the role of shared value in Social Ventures Australia’s advisory work. This includes working with the corporate sector to develop their community engagement and employment strategies, and with social purpose organisations, philanthropists and governments to deliver strategy, measurement and evaluation consulting.
Rob will also share some preliminary highlights from the 2015 ‘State of Shared Value in Australia’ survey, currently being conducted by the Shared Value Project and Social Ventures Australia with media partner AFR BOSS, to investigate the level of engagement with shared value in the Australian corporate sector.
‘Insight‘ is a quarterly networking events series that brings together like-minded professionals with a common interest in striving for business at its best through creating shared value.
Hosted by Shared Value Project members, these events are an opportunity to hear from Australian business leaders about their company’s shared value journey, and how they are changing the role of business in society in Australia.
Social Ventures Australia work to improve the lives of people in need. They focus on keys to overcoming disadvantage in Australia, including great education, sustainable jobs, stable housing and appropriate health, disability and community services, by offering funding, investment, and advice to support partners across sectors to increase their social impact.
